Platform Disclaimer
This platform is an interface that displays services provided by Bridge. We are not a bank, financial institution, or money transmitter. All payment, conversion, and custody services are provided by Bridge, which bears full responsibility for their execution, compliance, and security. All actions within the Platform are initiated and authorized solely by the user; the Platform only displays information and relays the user's instructions to Bridge.
This platform ("the Platform") operates solely as a software interface that displays and facilitates access to financial services provided by Bridge. The Platform itself is not a bank, financial institution, payment service provider, electronic money institution, or money transmitter. The Platform does not hold, custody, transmit, or convert any funds at any time.
All virtual accounts, payment processing, currency conversion, stablecoin issuance, wallet services, and fund custody are provided exclusively by Bridge. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are interacting with Bridge services, and that Bridge is solely responsible for the execution, settlement, and security of all financial operations.
Bridge is solely and exclusively responsible for:
Any disputes, claims, or issues related to the above services must be directed to Bridge. The Platform has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the execution or outcome of any Bridge service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform, its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. All financial risk is borne entirely by the user and Bridge.
You are solely responsible for:
Cryptocurrency transactions, including stablecoin conversions, are irreversible and subject to blockchain network risks. These risks include, but are not limited to: network congestion, gas fee volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, fork events, and potential total loss of funds. Neither the Platform nor Bridge can guarantee the availability, value, or transferability of any digital asset.
Stablecoins may lose their peg to fiat currencies. The Platform and Bridge do not guarantee any specific exchange rate or conversion outcome.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or request from Bridge or regulatory authorities. Bridge independently reserves the right to freeze, close, or restrict any virtual account pursuant to its own policies and regulatory obligations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Bridge services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Platform operator. Any disputes regarding Bridge services, including payment processing and fund custody, are subject to Bridge's own terms of service and applicable Bridge governing law. The Platform does not participate in or mediate disputes between users and Bridge.
For Platform-related questions, contact support through the in-app Support page. For any questions regarding Bridge services, including payments, accounts, conversions, or fund custody, contact Bridge directly. The Platform cannot resolve or influence Bridge service-related matters.
All operations available through the Platform — including virtual account creation, conversion settings, transfers, and withdrawals — are initiated, reviewed, and expressly authorized by you. The Platform functions exclusively as a display and instruction-relay interface: it transmits your instructions to Bridge and displays the results returned by Bridge. The Platform does not originate, execute, recommend, or control any financial operation. You assume full and exclusive responsibility for every instruction you submit, including its accuracy, legality, and consequences.
The Platform is an independent software provider and is not an agent, partner, joint venturer, employee, or representative of Bridge or of any financial institution. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation to perform any transaction. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. Information displayed on the Platform is provided by Bridge and blockchain networks and is shown "as is", without any representation as to its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not a citizen or resident of, and are not located in, a jurisdiction in which the services are prohibited; (b) you are not a person listed on any applicable sanctions list (including the OFAC, United Nations, European Union, or United Kingdom sanctions lists), nor owned or controlled by any such person; and (c) your use of the Platform and Bridge services complies with all applicable laws. The availability of services may vary by jurisdiction and certain jurisdictions may be excluded for regulatory reasons. The Platform may deny, restrict, or terminate access in order to comply with applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Platform, its operators, employees, and affiliates for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the fees you paid to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, in which case the above limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Platform shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet or infrastructure failures, hardware or software malfunctions, acts of government, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or interruptions in the services of Bridge, blockchain networks, or other third parties. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The Platform does not conduct, perform, or participate in any identity verification (KYC or KYB) whatsoever. The verification process operates as follows: (a) Bridge generates a secure verification link via its API; (b) the Platform displays this link and redirects the user to it; (c) the user completes the entire verification process on infrastructure hosted and controlled by Bridge and its verification partners — entirely outside the Platform's systems; (d) the Platform receives only a pass/fail status result from Bridge's API.
The Platform never receives, views, accesses, stores, copies, transmits, or processes any identity verification documents, biometric data, government IDs, proof-of-address documents, or any other verification materials at any time or in any form. All document collection, processing, storage, retention, and destruction is performed exclusively by Bridge and its verification partners under their own data protection policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Bridge is the sole and exclusive data controller for all KYC/KYB data. The Platform has no access to and no control over verification documents, verification decisions, verification criteria, or the verification workflow. The Platform cannot influence, expedite, override, or reverse any verification decision made by Bridge. Any questions, disputes, claims, or issues regarding identity verification, document handling, or verification outcomes must be directed exclusively to Bridge.
All virtual accounts, crypto wallets, stablecoin balances, and funds accessible through or displayed on the Platform are issued, held, safeguarded, protected, and insured exclusively by Bridge and its financial institution partners. The Platform provides no fund custody, no deposit insurance, no FDIC or equivalent coverage, and no financial protection of any kind whatsoever.
Account security, fraud protection, fund safeguarding, and regulatory compliance for all accounts and funds are exclusively and solely Bridge's responsibility. The Platform is not a custodian, bailee, trustee, or depository of any funds at any time. The Platform does not hold, control, or have access to user funds. Any loss, theft, misappropriation, or inaccessibility of funds held by Bridge is solely Bridge's responsibility, and the Platform disclaims all liability therefor to the maximum extent permitted by law.
All information displayed on the Platform — including but not limited to account balances, transaction statuses, exchange rates, conversion amounts, payment details, compliance statuses, and verification statuses — is retrieved in real time from Bridge's API and/or public blockchain networks. The Platform does not generate, originate, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any such information.
The Platform makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information displayed on the Platform. All information is provided "as is" and "as available." The user bears full and exclusive responsibility for any decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform. The Platform is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, erroneous, or unavailable information.
Nothing on the Platform creates or implies a fiduciary, advisory, trustee, or special relationship between the Platform and any user. The Platform owes no duty of care beyond displaying information retrieved from Bridge and relaying user-initiated instructions to Bridge. The Platform does not monitor, review, evaluate, or assess the suitability, legality, risk, or merit of any user transaction.
The user acknowledges that they have not relied on any statement, representation, advice, or guidance from the Platform in making any financial or operational decision. The user is solely responsible for independently evaluating the risks, costs, and merits of any transaction before initiating it. The Platform's role is strictly limited to software display and instruction relay; it is not a financial advisor, broker, dealer, agent, or intermediary of any kind.
When the user initiates KYC/KYB verification, the Platform redirects the user to a verification page hosted and controlled entirely by Bridge or its verification partners (including but not limited to Persona). The user exits the Platform's environment and interacts directly with Bridge's infrastructure during the entire verification process.
The Platform has no control over the content, functionality, security, availability, privacy practices, or data handling of these external verification pages. The Platform is not responsible for any data the user submits on these external pages, including identity documents, biometric data, or personal information. By proceeding with verification, the user acknowledges that they are interacting with Bridge's infrastructure and are subject to Bridge's own terms of service and privacy policy, over which the Platform has no control.
The Platform is not responsible for the privacy practices, data security measures, compliance posture, or operational conduct of Bridge or any of Bridge's verification partners, financial partners, or service providers. Any issues arising on or from these external pages must be directed to Bridge.
By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
You consent to receive all communications, notices, disclosures, and agreements from the Platform electronically, including via email and within the Platform interface. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform, including clicking "accept," checking boxes, or submitting forms, constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms and any agreements with Bridge, in accordance with applicable electronic signature and electronic records laws (including the U.S. E-SIGN Act, if applicable).
To use the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding contract; (c) you are not prohibited from using the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction or any other applicable law; and (d) you have not been previously suspended or removed from the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and that the entity agrees to be bound by these Terms.
You agree not to:
Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform, without prior notice. The Platform reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
The Platform, including its software, interface, design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by the Platform operator and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose during the period you maintain an active account.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of the Platform operator. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the owner's prior written consent.
The Platform is not a money services business (MSB), money transmitter, payment service provider, electronic money institution, or any other type of regulated financial entity. The Platform is not registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) or any state, federal, or international financial regulator as an MSB, money transmitter, or financial institution. The Platform does not accept, hold, transmit, exchange, or convert currency, fiat money, or digital assets at any time or in any manner.
The Platform qualifies as a "Technology Layer Provider" under applicable FinCEN guidance — it provides only software, display, and communication services that support the financial services performed by Bridge. The Platform does not participate in, control, or benefit from the transmission of funds. All money transmission, currency exchange, and digital asset conversion is performed exclusively by Bridge under Bridge's own regulatory licenses and registrations.
All anti-money laundering (AML), countering the financing of terrorism (CFT), sanctions screening, beneficial ownership verification, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting (SAR), and all other regulatory compliance obligations are performed exclusively by Bridge. The Platform has no AML/CFT obligations, performs no compliance screening, files no regulatory reports, and has no compliance role whatsoever with respect to financial transactions processed by Bridge.
You are solely responsible for determining, calculating, reporting, and paying any and all taxes applicable to your use of the Platform and Bridge services. This includes, without limitation, income tax, corporate tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), sales tax, capital gains tax, and any other transactional, digital, or financial taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction or any jurisdiction relevant to your activities.
The Platform is not responsible for calculating, withholding, reporting, or remitting any taxes on your behalf. The Platform does not provide tax advice, and nothing on the Platform should be construed as tax guidance. You should consult a qualified tax professional regarding your specific tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform and Bridge services.
The Platform performs no anti-money laundering (AML), countering the financing of terrorism (CFT), or sanctions monitoring whatsoever. The Platform does not monitor, review, evaluate, or assess any financial transactions, fund flows, or user activity for compliance, risk, or suspicious activity. All AML/CFT monitoring, transaction surveillance, sanctions screening, suspicious activity reporting (SAR), and regulatory reporting are performed exclusively by Bridge and its compliance partners.
All funds — including fiat deposits, stablecoin balances, and converted assets — are held, safeguarded, and controlled exclusively by Bridge on Bridge's own balance sheet and accounts. The Platform holds no funds, maintains no balance sheet for user assets, and has no access to or control over any user funds at any time. From the moment a payment is received on a Bridge virtual account until the moment a user requests a withdrawal or transfer to an external destination, every action — receipt, holding, conversion, and disbursement — is initiated, executed, and controlled exclusively by Bridge.
The Platform functions solely as a display and information relay interface. The Platform displays only the information that Bridge's API transmits. The Platform has no independent access to Bridge's systems, no tools to intervene in or reverse any financial operation, no instruments to combat fraud or financial crime, and no ability to influence Bridge's compliance or risk decisions. The Platform cannot block, freeze, reverse, or modify any transaction processed by Bridge.
The Platform's sole capability in the event of suspected suspicious activity is to notify Bridge. The Platform may, at its sole discretion, refer observed anomalies to Bridge for review, but any investigation, action, or resolution remains exclusively Bridge's responsibility and decision. The Platform bears no responsibility for the outcome of any such referral or for Bridge's response (or lack thereof).
This platform is an independent software interface and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bridge beyond the use of Bridge APIs. All financial services are provided by Bridge under Bridge's own terms. The Platform assumes no financial, legal, or operational liability for any Bridge service.
