How to open an account and start receiving payments

Everything in one place: sign up, pass verification, open a fiat account, and decide what happens to the money your clients send — automatic conversion to USDC/USDT, or a fiat balance you withdraw to your bank later.

From sign-up to your first payment

Five steps, usually completed the same day. Verification is the only part that depends on our payment provider’s review.

1

Create your account

Sign up with email or Google, then choose the account type: Individual for freelancers and personal use, Business for companies and agencies.

What you do

  1. 1Click “Get started” in the top menu and sign up with your email or your Google account.
  2. 2Choose the account type — Individual or Business.
  3. 3Enter the 6-digit code we send to your email to confirm the address.
  4. 4You land on the dashboard: the account exists, verification has not started yet.

Pass verification (KYC / KYB)

Verification runs on a secure page hosted by our payment provider, Bridge. Your documents go directly to them and never pass through FinT365.

What you do

  1. 1On the dashboard, open the onboarding banner (or Account → Verification).
  2. 2Press “Start verification” — you are taken to Bridge’s secure page.
  3. 3Fill in your details and upload the document you are asked for; individuals also take a quick selfie.
  4. 4Come back to the app: the status updates to Verified automatically once the check is done.

Open a fiat account

A virtual account is a real account number, IBAN or sort code in your name that you hand to clients. You choose the currency and where the incoming money should go.

What you do

  1. 1Open “Fiat Account” in the menu and press “Create account”.
  2. 2Pick the currency: USD (ACH/Wire), EUR (SEPA), GBP (FPS), MXN (SPEI) or BRL (PIX).
  3. 3Choose the destination for incoming payments — your crypto wallet, or the Bridge wallet balance.
  4. 4Copy the account details and send them to your client.

Decide where the money goes

Two destinations: send it automatically to your own stablecoin wallet, or keep the balance on your Bridge wallet. You choose per account, and you can change the rules later.

What you do

  1. 1Open “Payout Wallet” in the menu.
  2. 2Choose “Auto-send to crypto wallet” or “Store on Bridge wallet”.
  3. 3For auto-send: enter the wallet address, the stablecoin (USDC or USDT) and the network.
  4. 4Confirm with your two-factor code — the rule applies to every new payment.

Get paid and follow it through

Share your account details or send an invoice from the app. When the payment arrives, the conversion runs automatically and the funds land where you chose.

What you do

  1. 1Share your account details, or send an invoice from “Invoices”.
  2. 2The client sends the payment from their own bank account.
  3. 3The money arrives, converts to USDC/USDT and goes to the destination you set.
  4. 4Track the status in Dashboard and Transactions — an email tells you when funds land.

Two ways to use your account

The difference is one choice: what happens to a payment after it is converted. Both start the same way — money arrives and converts to USDC or USDT automatically.

Option A

Automatic payout to your stablecoin wallet

Money that arrives is converted and sent on-chain to a wallet address you control.

1Open the fiat account and choose “Auto-send to crypto wallet”.
2Enter the destination wallet address, the stablecoin and the network (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum).
3Every incoming payment is converted and delivered to that address automatically.
Best for: keeping funds in your own custody and using stablecoins straight away.
Option B

Collect the balance and withdraw to your bank later

Money that arrives is converted and stays on your Bridge wallet as USDC/USDT until you decide what to do with it.

1Open the fiat account and choose “Store on Bridge wallet”.
2Payments accumulate as a stablecoin balance inside the platform.
3Withdraw to a bank account whenever you want (SEPA/ACH), or send on-chain from the Send page.
Best for: collecting first and deciding later, keeping a fiat off-ramp to your bank.
